Alta vs Brighton, Which resort should I choose?

My family is going skiing in utah this year. Me and my brother both get to pick a resort to go to from Salt Lake City. Our choices are Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton. My brother choose Snowbird. I want to got to Alta because it looks really big and nice with lots of really challenging trails. But i know that Snowbird and Alta are connected and the whole pojnt of going to two different resorts is to get a different experience with each. But Brighton has natural halfpipes, a decent sized mountain, nightskiing, and also gives you a diff. experience. So which one do you think i should choose. It would be helpful if you have been to alteast some of these resorts and please give me your opinion about both of them. THx
