Could someone please explain to me how to do a backhand spring?? I am so scared to do it...every time I jump backwards I always bring one foot up at a time, how to solve this? How can I not be scared? oh and btw I am using a spotter. Would Ankle weights help me to jump higher? any information would appreciated, I am starting BACK UP gymnastics on Monday and I kinda want to have a head start. Also, i am 15 and I haven't taken gymnastics lessons since I was like 10..and there is a big difference walking in there when you are 10 and when you are 15. I am so scared...how can I not be scared or embarressed to walk in there just because there are younger kids that are way more advanced then me?
