Cannot Connect to my Router. LapTop says "Local Only"?

Hey guys, I tried to connect my laptop (Vista) to my router, but every time i connect it, it says "Unidentified Network" and "Local Only". Because of this my internet won't connect. I put in the WEB Key to my Router correctly. I tried restarting my laptop but no luck. Can anyone help me with this?
