Having problems with my daughters teacher?

I'm uming you got the story of what happened from your daughter. Do you think there's maybe another side to it? I would go directly to the teacher and talk to him about it. There are inconsistencies in the story. Like, you said "my daughter was writing and keeping quiet, when her teacher starts yelling at her and told her to put her journal on his desk. They were checking homework from the night before." So, it sounds like the cl was participating in a group task, and instead of participating, your daughter was writing in her journal. If kids would just listen to their teachers.....
