dont eat junk food or drink cokes Bad 4 U!!! run everyday for 20-30 minutes around your house or whatever when you running do a routine run then walk run then walk like that! then if your legs are not throbbing then you havent ran enough,,if your stomach doesnt hurt you havent ran enougheither;;;; eat salads at lunch instead of pizza etc. make the choice you can do it when i was your age i was HUGE now look how small i am...i was 5'4 and weighed 163. now im 18 and weigh 122 i believe you can do it i did!!
