How to get rid of bubbles on piercing?

I used to get that behind my ears at my piercing sites. It's annoying and feels like a pimple. Did you ever take it out and clean the earring and the site with alcohol? Whenever I develop that 'bubble', I'd take out my earring and wait for it to go away.
