You should explain that every job has its ups and downs. I have to deal with dumb people every day and its sometimes very frustrating. You'll have to deal with drunks, but if you like socializing and you can perform the job you should go for it. Nothing is perfect but when you get the one person who thanks you or can make you happy at your workplace it really makes it all worth it.
