Is it legal what my brother is doing?

My brother is trying to make some extra money, and for that he is buying flowers from my florist shop and selling it elsewhere at higher prices. I didnt even know this at first, but eventually came to know from my friend. How can I stop him from doing this as this means a loss in my business.
