Proper Storage of Alcohol (and deterioration)?

Storage of liquors should be at cool room temp. The temperature is not nearly as critical as protecting the beverages from prolonged exposure to high intensity light. As long as the bottles are kept closed, they will not deteriorate. Prolonged intense light exposure can trigger some photochemical reactions that will alter taste. The alcohol is not affected .
