why not try eating sweet potatoes instead as these are full of good nutrients to help you lose weight, or you could just try eating brown rice instead as this is healthier and the carbs in brown rice are more complex which means they will be much more nutritous and healthy for you to eat than white rice, and don't cut out bread form your diet just don't eat white bread as this will make you gain weight, try swapping to wholemeal bread instead.
