What does isa na mahal kita mean?

can anyone tell me what 'isa na mahal' kita means? i know that mahal kita means 'i love you' but i cant work out the phrase. my friend told me it translated to seven words - the first one being you and the last one being love but i cant find it on any translators either. any help would be appreciated.
